User Agreement for Bonus-Program Participants of Depositfiles.com
The following terms and conditions are to be carefully read by each user before signing up for Bonus Program of Depositfiles.com
- General Terms By registering for Depositfiles.com Bonus Program you agree with and accept 1)this terms and conditions 2) rules of using Depositfiles.com 3) privacy policy of Depositfiles.com
- Bonus Program Participant´s Account Having applied for participation in Bonus Program of Depositfiles.com you confirm that you are a Guest or Gold-Member of Depositfiles.com and you are accepting all it´s limitations and bear responsibility to follow the rules for using Depositfiles.com services.
- Rules to be applied for files participating in Bonus-Program. Copyright policy. You are fully responsible for your files and consequences of their usage in Bonus-Program of Depositfiles.com services. You declare and guarantee that each file uploaded by you to Depositfiles.com with a purpose to participate in Bonus-Program was personally created by you and you have all necessary rights and permissions for it´s usage and distribution.
- Distribution of links Accepting this agreement you confirm that:
- Payment and Taxation Policy From the date of your acceptance to Depositfiles.com Bonus-Program you will get paid for every 1000 unique downloads. Unique downloads are the downloads of your file from one unique IP-address during one day.
- Final Clause By agreeing with and accepting this agreement you confirm that you agree to participate in Bonus-Program and to use Depositfiles.com services at your soul risk.
If you disagree with these rules we will have to deny your application to participate in Bonus-Program of Depositfiles.com services.
In particular, you accept and agree that a gold-membership does not influence the amount of money you can earn and receive through Depositfiles.com Bonus-Program.
As Bonus-Program Participant you provide us with your Payment Details (in those Payment systems which are used in our service).
Please mind that you are the only person responsible for any activity in your account (such as requests to change the payment details, changing email address, password, etc). In case of loosing control over your account (including but not limited to cases of changing the payment details) you should immediately contact Depositfiles´ Support Team and inform of such cases.
Pay your attention that until we identify the problem of illegal activity in your Bonus-Program account and it´s possible consequences , no payouts will be made in your account.
You also agree with and accept that Depositfiles.com has a right to suspend or block your account at our own discretion, immediately and with or without objective reason for that . We also preserve the right to terminate or cancel your Bonus-Program account with or without legitimate reason for that.
By accepting this agreement you undertake not to identify yourself as different person (including but not limited to providing the payment details registered with a different person, etc). Depositfiles.com will not confirm the correctness or validity of your data to any third person and will not give any recommendations or advices with based on the data we receive from our users. Depositfiles.com bear no responsibility for any information provided by the users but Depositfiles.com undertakes not to disclose any personal information provided by users.
By making the links to your files accessible for public you confirm that everybody can use your files according to the rules for using Depositfiles.com services. You also bear sole responsibility for distributing the links to your files.
You preserve the property rights for the files you personally uploaded though by distributing the links to these files you allow any third party to download, preview and use your files. Using the deleting links you can delete your files at any time.
By accepting these terms you confirm that you:
a) Unless you are the owner of copyright or have a special autorization from the owner , are not allowed to provide copyright materials, data that is a trade secret or belongs to a third party through Depositfiles.com service.
b) Publish the false or corrupted materials containing viruses, etc that may harmfully effect Depositfiles.com and third party
c) Upload ,post , transmit or otherwise make available through Depositfiles.com any content that spreads messages of terror or depicts torture or death-images, harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography, any illegal or humiliating materials
You should remember that Depositfiles.com respects intellectual property and is asking you to do the same. We don´t grant any copyright infringements and any piracy of intellectual property and Depositfiles.com will delete any files if these will be reported to contain materials that infringe copyright.
Depositfiles.com will also delete any files protected with copyright that we will find ourselves.
Depositfiles.com preserves the right to delete any files without any notice as well as block/terminate the account of those users who continue infringing copyright of third party.
a) As Bonus-Program participant you will not distribute the generated links to the files by means of prohibited advertising that is by means of ICQ and email SPAM, by SPAM in forums, guest books, blogs and other ways that can be considered as not ethical
b) As Bonus-Program participant you agree not to distribute the generated link to the file at forums, blogs and websites containing or leading to materials that may harm minors in any way, this includes any form of child pornography, as well as illegal or obscene content.
c) By placing distributing the links to the files you accept that only internet users should use these links for downloading and so you confirm that you will not use any automated, computerized software (including but not limited to different types of bots and spiders as well as other programs) that can create false multiple downloads of the files from Depositfiles.com which is not usual for normal internet users.
You are aware of and accept that though Depositfiles.com is a service which is available everywhere in the world and users from any country may download your files but you can earn money for your files only in case these were downloaded by users from certain countries.
At the moment Depositfiles.com is paying you $5 for every 1000 unique downloads of your files if these files were downloaded by users from Russian and United States.
Please pay attention that these rules can be changed by Depositfiles.com with regard to the list of countries as well as the amount of reward.
Depositfiles.com makes the payouts to the Bonus-Program Participants through Webmoney or PayPal. You personally provide us with your Payment details: electronic money type or ID number to accept payments.
You bear sole and exclusive tax liability for receiving earning as a reward from Depositfiles.com. Any taxes which are due to be paid from these earning are to be paid only by you as Depositfiles.com is not responsible for any tax claims regarding your earnings to any organization.
You are also personally liable for observing the rules of online payment systems and their lawful usage according to the laws of your country.
Depositfiles.com is paying you out every month (following the accounted month) on 6th and 7th for Webmoney transfers and from 6th to 15th for PayPal payments under the condition that your account balance has reached the minimum.
At the moment the minimum balance for payment is $40.
If during the accounted period you could not reach the minimum balance, the pay-out date is postponed until the required minimum amount on the account will be available for that.
Depositfiles.com will not make any additional charges or pay-outs except the amounts stated in your account area.
Depositfiles.com and it´s owners and partners disclaim no warranties, direct or constructive connected with this service and your usage of this service.
Depositfiles.com disclaims all warranties and does not guarantee any compensations for losses connected with: a) accuracy and reliability of the services b) any illegal access or usage of our servers or any personal/financial information stored at Depositfiles.com c) any interruptions or stops in downloading files d) any errors or viruses which can be transmitted with a help of Depositfiles.com to any third party (including but not limited to any errors or flaws for any type of data as well as any harm done to third party as a result of using any files at Depositfiles.com).
By agreeing with this you confirm that your age is 18 years and more or you have legitimate or guardian who agree to accept and follow up these rules. In any way you confirm that you are older then 13 years as Depositfiles.com service is unappropriated for using by children younger then 13 years.
You accept that by infringing any part of this agreement you infringe the whole terms of use and as a result your Bonus-Program Participant´s account will be canceled.
Accepting and signing up this agreement you confirm that you a) have read the above written agreement b) understand the above written agreement c) all payment and login/personal details provided by you are correct and are not going to delude Depositfiles.com services.
